1. Who we are

ECOM EASY LLC DBA Prime Water (trade name: Get Prime Water) is a United States-based company dedicated to the design, sale, and installation of residential water purification systems.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 or older and reside in the covered U.S. territory served by us.

3. Products and pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include installation and taxes when noted. The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time the order is accepted. Well-water systems require a custom quote after a water analysis.

4. Financing

Financing is facilitated by independent financial partners. Any promotional offer applies only to approved customers according to the terms of their contract with the financial partner.

5. Installation and taxes included

Pricing covers standard residential installation and applicable taxes. Additional plumbing modifications or special conditions require a separate quote and client approval.

6. Warranty

City and well-water systems carry a limited lifetime warranty. Shower filters have 5-year coverage. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, force majeure, or poor maintenance voids coverage.

7. Cancellation and returns

Orders may be canceled without penalty before installation. Post-installation returns are evaluated individually.

8. Communications and SMS Messaging Program

Operational communications require you to provide your number and email. Message and data rates may apply. Typically users receive 2 to 5 SMS per month. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. SMS messages are sent only after your express consent on the form. We do not share your number or opt-in data with third parties for external marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Use of the site

Reproduction of the content without written authorization is prohibited. Illegal use and unauthorized access to the systems are forbidden.

10. Limitation of liability

Liability is capped at the amounts paid; indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida; disputes are resolved through negotiation or before the courts of Florida.

12. Changes to the terms

We may modify these terms; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
